Simon Schafheitle completed his doctoral studies on how workplaces function as a vivid tandem of AI-/ML algorithm-based control HRM practices and trust as pivotal for 21st-century workplace effectiveness. Besides he is involved in various HSG executive teaching programs, such as the CAS in HR Value Creation, where he is responsible for the Evidence-based Management / People Analytics Module.
