Thomas Chen is a machine learning researcher from the United States. He is passionate about using his expertise in ML, AI, and computer vision to tackle real-world problems at the nexus of humanitarian and social good. In particular, his primary focus is at the nexus of AI and climate change mitigation/adaptation. He is also the Head of Outreach of Climate Data Hub, where he is working to develop ML tools that help make climate-related big datasets more widely available to researchers.
